To say I was blown away doesn't do it justice. It was literally a life changing experience thanks to the amazing mentors and energy of the whole group. The breath work was completely new to me but was carried out in a tranquil and beautiful way and just the right amount of authority and motivation to keep you going. It combined excellent nourishing food along with a variety of Yoga, Core Workout sessions, Cold Water Immersion therapy and Nutrition.
